What an exciting Labor Day Weekend!

I have to apologize.  I'm very late this week.  But I've had a very, very busy week.  I've just now had a chance to sit down and write this blog.

You're wondering what a puppy dog could be so busy at, I'll bet.  But here's what happened.  Mom and Dad left to go to a wedding in Connecticut.  They even went to see my grandma in Connecticut.  I've never met my grandma in Connecticut.  I hope I get to see her sometime.  Uh, oh, I'm digressing again.  Sorry.

I was busy over Labor Day weekend for a lot of reasons.  First, my Auntie Annie came out to take care of me while the parents were in Connecticut.  I'd never met my Auntie Annie before.  Mom and I wanted her to have a good time here, so we asked my very dear Auntie Debbie to help too.  And she set up a meeting with the Humane Society for Auntie Annie.  You see both of them volunteer for the Humane Society to take care of stray dogs just like me.  Only, Auntie Debbie does it here in St. Louis and Auntie Annie does it in South Carolina.  It's really good of both of them.  But Auntie Debbie took my Auntie Annie to the Humane Society in St. Louis so she could compare it to the one she has in South Carolina.  Then, they did something really really fun.  They took me with them to Happy Hour!

Here we are at WheelHouse for Happy Hour.  I've never been to the Wheelhouse before.  It was really great.  They got something called Hummus and Chips.  I got a bunch of the chips!  I loved it.  No wonder they call it Happy Hour.  I was very, very Happy!

And Auntie Debbie took really good care of my Auntie Annie.  I liked that.  She's a really good Auntie!

Then it was Auntie Annie and me by ourselves.  She needed some training, it was clear.  My Mom had taken her to my Dog Park, so she knew where it was.  But I had to tell her when we had to go.  Like one day, she got on the phone with Mom.  I wanted to go to the Dog Park.  So I gave her the Evil Eye!

It took a minute or two, but she finally got the idea.   We NEEDED to go to the Dog Park.  Now!

If you have Aunties, you should really be good to them.  'Cuz you know what?  They are really good to you if you are good to them.  I especially like that Auntie Debbie helped my Auntie Annie.  It's nice to know that your Aunties are all out for you!  You can't lose that way!

So, from me to you:  Take care of your Aunties.  And they will take care of you.  (And of each other.)

Love G.

Hi, y'all!

Bet you've been wondering what happened to me?  It's a long story.  Started back when Mom and Dad left me in California while they...
